The Fiji Enterprise Engine Accelerator Program (FEE), launched by the Fiji Commerce & Employers Federation (FCEF), has announced new partnerships that signify significant growth and a commitment to enhancing Fiji’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

During the signing of the memorandums of agreement, FCEF’s acting CEO Savenaca Baro expressed his gratitude for the collaboration. He noted, “Since establishing FEE in 2019, we have successfully graduated approximately 77 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from the program.”

Mr. Baro acknowledged the vital role of partners and other organizations, emphasizing that their support is crucial for the success of the initiative. The new partners include 22 outstanding alumni from the FEE program alongside three committed MSME coaches.

Christopher Vanualailai from Envirotech Solutions Pacific shared his personal connection to the FEE program, stating, “I discuss the FEE program everywhere because the knowledge gained here is unique and invaluable. My success is due to the connections I made during the program.” He highlighted how the FEE program equipped him with essential business management skills, leading to the registration of his company last year.

Watesoni Nata, Chairman of the MSME council, recognized the alumni’s contributions to the initiative and their dedication to supporting fellow participants. He stated, “I appreciate all alumni for their sponsorship, as it fosters a crucial principle of business—supporting one another.”

The FEE program has played a pivotal role in empowering MSMEs with specialized support and resources, aiding their development. The successful outcomes of the program reflect the effective partnerships and collaborative efforts with various stakeholders.

This new partnership is anticipated to promote further innovation and success for MSMEs across Fiji, reinforcing FEE’s mission to boost enterprise growth and economic development.
