Fiji’s Military Forces Gear Up for the Future with Bold Recruitment Drive

The Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) Engineers Regiment Trade Training School has successfully completed a three-day selection interview process at HQ Engineers in Nabuni, Cunningham, on March 12, 2025. This initiative engaged 255 personnel, demonstrating a strong commitment to bolstering Fiji’s military capabilities.

The selection process is critical for recruitment, with successful candidates scheduled to undergo medical examinations prior to final selection. This initiative aims to identify and train skilled personnel to support Fiji’s military engineering and infrastructure development efforts, continuing the RFMF’s long-standing dedication to enhancing national security.

Reflecting on recent successes, the RFMF celebrated the graduation of its 1/23 Officer Cadet Course and the 1/24 Territorial Officers Bridging Course on November 19, 2024. This event, attended by Minister for Home Affairs and Immigration Pio Tikoduadua, highlighted the importance of integrating new leaders into the military, who are prepared to uphold integrity and responsibility in their service to the nation.
