The Commission of Inquiry into the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) may include international members. Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka confirmed in response to queries that this possibility is currently under consideration. He mentioned that the Terms of Reference for the Commission have been drafted and will be released soon. “It’s being made up now and is in draft form,” he stated. The Commission is expected to investigate the appointment of FICAC Commissioner Barbara Malimali and review allegations made by former acting Commissioner Francis Pulewai.
