Fiji’s Controversial Deportation: UK Sex Workers Under Fire

Spread the love

The Fijian Minister for Home Affairs and Immigration, Pio Tikoduadua, has begun deportation proceedings for UK nationals Bonnie Blue and Anne Knight, both associated with the adult film industry. Reports indicate that officers from the Fiji Police Force and Immigration are en route to a hotel in Nadi to enforce the deportation.

Minister Tikoduadua has classified both women as prohibited immigrants. It was noted that Blue entered Fiji on a visitor permit this past Sunday but is alleged to have violated the terms of her entry. The two women were reportedly denied entry into Australia previously and are now under scrutiny by the Fiji Police due to assertions that they intended to provide free sexual services to 18-year-olds during Australia’s ‘Schoolies’ celebrations.

Blue has allegedly announced on her Instagram that she planned to go to the Gold Coast to offer free sexual encounters to young men, contingent upon permission to film the interactions for her OnlyFans account.

The Minister expressed a commitment to carry out the deportation process efficiently and in strict adherence to legal protocols. He emphasized that the action underscores the Ministry’s dedication to securing Fiji’s borders and upholding the integrity of the immigration system. While Fiji is open to visitors, any breaches of local laws will be met with firm action to protect the nation’s interests.

Inquiries have been made to the British High Commission for further comments on the situation.

This incident highlights the importance of understanding and adhering to local laws and customs when visiting other countries. It serves as a reminder that nations are vigilant about maintaining their legal frameworks and cultural integrity.
