President Ratu Wiliame Katonivere emphasized the importance of unity among all citizens and non-citizens of Fiji during his address at the centennial celebration of the Nawaka Shree Krishna Temple in Nadi on Friday night. He expressed his commitment as the Head of State to instill the essence of unity in the community.

Ratu Wiliame encouraged everyone to uphold values of inclusivity, respect, and harmonious interaction, both within their own groups and while engaging with others. He recognized the significant contributions of the Shree Sanatan Dharam Sabha members to various sectors, including national development, education, and commerce, particularly during times of natural disasters.

He also acknowledged the broader diaspora for their role in shaping the socio-economic landscape of Fiji.
