The Fijian Cabinet has endorsed a second fund redeployment within the 2023-2024 Budget to address over-expenditures faced by the Ministry of Education and the Fiji Police Force. A total of FJ$7.94 million will be reallocated from existing budgetary resources to cover these financial deficits.
This decision comes after a previous redeployment in July, where FJ$105.19 million was redirected to meet additional spending needs across different government agencies and projects.
