Fijian Drua Players Gear Up for Super Rugby Season: A Sneak Peek into Their Training!

Fijian Drua players are undergoing daily training sessions across various locations in Fiji as they prepare for the upcoming Super Rugby Pacific season. Flanker Vilive Miramira mentioned that the players are currently enjoying their break. He has been following an intense training regimen focused on conditioning, including a lot of running and strength training at the gym.

Miramira attended the Ratu Kadavulevu School (RKS) centennial celebrations Fun and Sports day at Albert Park with his teammate Motikai Murray. He expressed his eagerness to play for the Flying Fijians, highlighting the need to enhance his game knowledge and improve his fitness.

To maintain his form, Miramira usually participates in touch rugby in the afternoons in Davuilevu. He emphasized that while he is currently taking time to rest and recover, he would be interested in trying out for the sevens format to stay active. He is keen on joining the Devo Babas sevens team for any upcoming tournaments and extended his best wishes to the team and coach for their next competition. Miramira encouraged them to reach out if there’s a spot available for him.
