Fijian Drua players are currently participating in daily training sessions across various locations in Fiji as they prepare for the upcoming Super Rugby Pacific season. Flanker Vilive Miramira expressed that the team is enjoying their break at the moment. He mentioned that he has been following a rigorous training regimen focused primarily on conditioning, which includes extensive running and strength training at the gym.

Miramira attended the centennial celebrations and Fun and Sports Day at Ratu Kadavulevu School (RKS) alongside teammate Motikai Murray. He expressed his eagerness to seize any opportunity to play for the Flying Fijians, indicating his intent to enhance his game knowledge and improve his fitness level.

To maintain his form, Miramira usually engages in touch rugby during the afternoons in Davuilevu. However, he noted that he is currently resting and recovering since there are no rugby activities underway. He also mentioned his interest in trying out the sevens format to keep active, expressing a desire to join the Devo Babas sevens side for upcoming tournaments. He wished the Devo players and coach all the best in their next competition and offered his availability should there be an open spot on the team.
