Fijian Drua players are actively participating in daily training sessions across various locations in Fiji as they prepare for the upcoming Super Rugby Pacific season. Flanker Vilive Miramira mentioned that the players are currently enjoying their break. He has been undergoing a rigorous training program focused on conditioning, which includes significant running and strength training in the gym.
Miramira attended the Ratu Kadavulevu School’s centennial celebrations Fun and Sports Day at Albert Park alongside teammate Motikai Murray. He expressed eagerness to represent the Flying Fijians, stating that he first needs to enhance his game knowledge and improve his fitness level.
To maintain his form, Miramira typically plays touch rugby in the afternoons in Davuilevu. He noted that he is currently focusing on rest and recovery, but expressed interest in trying out for the sevens format to stay active. He is keen on joining the Devo Babas sevens team for any upcoming tournaments and wishes the team the best in their next competition, inviting them to reach out if they have space for him in the squad.
