Fiji Women’s Futsal Team Shines Despite Final Defeat

The Digicel Fiji Women’s Futsal team has returned home proudly after finishing in second place at the inaugural OFC Women’s Futsal Championship held in the Solomon Islands. Although they faced a tough 1-7 loss against New Zealand in the final, the team has received significant recognition for their impressive efforts throughout the tournament. A highlight for Fiji was Koleta Likuculacula, who distinguished herself by winning the Golden Boot Award, establishing her as the tournament’s leading scorer.
