The Vodafone Fiji Schoolboys U18 team secured a victory over their Australian rivals for the second consecutive time, triumphing 34-25 at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka. After losing 26-14 the previous week, the Australian team aimed for redemption and initially took a 10-0 lead with a converted try and a penalty.

However, the Fiji Schoolboys quickly responded with style, scoring three tries from Waisake Vakacere, Raymond Navunikaba, and Ratu Epeli Roseruvakula, along with a penalty from Isikeli Bari, enabling them to lead 22-10 at halftime.

In the second half, the Australian team came back with determination, adding ten points to their score and reducing Fiji’s lead to just two points. Nevertheless, Fiji sealed their victory with two more tries from winger Nathan Stephens and Asaeli Gade, winning the two-match series against Australia.
