After a month of intense training, the Vodafone Fiji Schoolboys under-18 team has been finalized to represent the nation in an upcoming match against the Australia Schoolboys team. Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby Union Vice President Savenaca Muamua has announced that the game is set to take place at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka.
Muamua is encouraging fans and rugby enthusiasts to come out and support the young athletes during the match. Tickets will be available for purchase at the venue, with prices starting at $5 for general admission and $10 for grandstand seating.
In preparation for the match, the team will be housed in Sigatoka, and Muamua anticipates a challenging competition from the visiting team. The first test match is scheduled for Saturday, the 28th, with kick-off at 8 PM, preceded by a 6 PM start. The second test match will be held on October 1 at 3 PM.
