The Fiji Roads Authority has expressed alarm over recent vandalism and theft incidents involving street lights and garden light cables along Queen Elizabeth Drive. During a recent inspection, the FRA discovered numerous damaged street lights and essential garden cables that had been stolen. They highlighted that these acts of vandalism and theft are both illegal and pose safety risks. The FRA warned that such unlawful behavior could result in legal action against those involved. They have called on the community to show civic pride and respect for public property.
