The Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) is seeking a recruitment agency or consultants to manage the process of selecting a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), according to tender documents released by FRA.
In line with its strategic objectives, the FRA is initiating the search for a new CEO who will provide “visionary leadership and advance our strategic plan.”
The chosen agency or consultant will be tasked with creating and executing a comprehensive recruitment plan. This includes conducting a detailed assessment of FRA’s requirements, as well as outlining the qualifications and experience necessary for the CEO role.
Additionally, the recruitment agency or consultant will compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for final interviews in collaboration with the FRA and will oversee the entire interview process, which encompasses all essential pre-employment screenings and evaluations.
Kamal Prasad served as FRA’s CEO from December 2021 until his termination in January 2024.
