A raid by the Fiji Detector Dog Unit in a Lami settlement led to the arrest of two men found with nearly 100 branches of dried leaves suspected to be marijuana. Police reported that the individuals were taken into custody, and the seized items have been forwarded for analysis. Additional arrests for alleged marijuana possession were also made at various locations, including the Nausori market, Lautoka, Sigatoka, the Labasa bus stand, and Vunivau in Labasa. Authorities confirmed that all confiscated substances have been sent for further analysis.
