Cloudy periods with some showers are likely over Navua–Suva–Nausori, Serua–Namosi–Naitasiri–Rewa–Tailevu–Ra, southern Bua, eastern Macuata and Cakaudrove provinces including Taveuni and nearby smaller islands. Kadavu and nearby smaller islands, the Yasawa group, Lau and the Lomaiviti group will also see cloud with some showers. Elsewhere conditions should be mainly fine, though isolated afternoon or evening showers remain possible.
Marine conditions will be moderate to rough with moderate southeasterly winds freshening at times. Boaters and coastal visitors should take care in exposed areas and when venturing offshore. The general cool nights mean temperatures will fall noticeably after dark across much of the group.
