Yusuf encouraged all 20 affiliated Fiji FA clubs to help recognize their members’ efforts by submitting nominations for various categories. He stated, “We urge all clubs to send in their nominations for the hard work of their players, coaches, officials, and volunteers,” and called upon clubs to ensure that their stars are acknowledged during this special evening.

The awards will include distinctions such as Male and Female Footballers of the Year, Male and Female Young Footballers of the Year, Futsal Player of the Year (for both genders), Team of the Year, and several others aimed at recognizing the critical roles played by administrators, coaches, referees, volunteers, and employees.

“The expanded categories aim to recognize a wider range of achievements across both football and futsal,” Yusuf added, stressing the commitment to celebrate the dedication of individuals contributing to the growth of the sport in Fiji.
