Fiji achieved its second consecutive victory in the OFC Futsal Women’s Nations Cup in the Solomon Islands, defeating Tonga 4-0.

After winning their opening match against Tahiti 2-1, Fiji got off to a fast start, scoring just ten seconds into the game thanks to Sofi Diyalowai, who capitalized on a mistake from the Tongan defense and shot past goalkeeper Kalolaine Topui.

Tonga managed to hold the score at 1-0 until halftime. However, in the second half, Fiji increased their lead with three additional goals from Diyalowai, Koleta Likuculacula, and team captain Unaisi Tuberi.

Both teams are set to relax for a day before Fiji takes on New Zealand and Tonga faces the hosts, Solomon Islands.
