The Fiji Airways Fiji Blue team emerged victorious at the Fiji Bitter Mataso 7s tournament, defeating the Taikita Brothers 7s team with a score of 29-5 in the Cup Final held at Churchill Park in Lautoka. Following a surprising start by the Taikita Brothers, who scored the opening try, Fiji Blue quickly regained control of the match. Pilipo Bukayaro put Fiji Blue ahead with a converted try, leading to a series of successful plays that included two tries from Joji Nasova and one each from Sakiusa Siqila and Vuiviawa Naduvalo.
