Fiji and China: A Cultural Collaboration on the Horizon?

Fang Jiangshan, Deputy Chief Editor of People’s Daily, visited the Ministry of iTaukei Affairs yesterday to engage in cultural discussions and examine potential collaborative efforts between Fiji and China. He was joined by senior officials from the People’s Daily, including Liu Huaxin, Yu Jinxing, Yuan Xinwen, and Wang Yunsong. Minister for iTaukei Affairs, Ifereimi Vasu, expressed appreciation for the cooperation, highlighting the advantages it could bring to the cultural sectors of both countries. The meeting, which received support from the Chinese Embassy, aims to strengthen the bilateral relations between Fiji and China.
