FICAC Commissioner’s Alleged Misconduct Under Investigation

FICAC Commissioner Barbara Malimali is facing allegations of abuse of office, which have now been referred to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions for further evaluation. According to a statement from FICAC, the referral concerns a complaint regarding Malimali’s conduct during her time as the Electoral Chair of the Electoral Commission of Fiji.
