The South Pacific Boxing Promotion (SPBP) is set to host a significant event today at Prince Charles Park in Nadi, featuring three international IBO title fights, marking a historic milestone for Fiji and the surrounding region.
At the official weigh-in held yesterday, promoter Freddy Chand noted that most of the participating boxers were present and expressed their eagerness for the matches. “All the boxers have made weight today, and all the bouts are confirmed for tomorrow,” he stated.
Chand highlighted the strong turnout and anticipated a large crowd for the event. “Everything is running smoothly with South Pacific Boxing Promotion, and we encourage boxing fans to purchase tickets to avoid any disappointment. All bouts are officially sanctioned and ready to take place,” he added.
He also expressed gratitude to those who attended the weigh-in at Nair Dias, saying, “I want to thank everyone for coming out in such good numbers to support the event.”
