Empowering Leadership: A New Era for Fiji’s Executives

A significant partnership has emerged between IHG Fiji Hotels & Resorts, which is owned by FNFP, and Leadership Fiji, highlighted by the launch of their first Executive Leadership Program. This initiative aims to empower C-Suite and executive leaders in Fiji while enhancing leadership skills across different sectors.

Although the Executive Leadership Program is invitation-only, it offers a distinctive and transformative experience designed to cultivate innovative solutions to the challenges executives face in both global and local contexts. The program emphasizes strategic leadership and decision-making, featuring a variety of intensive workshops, seminars, and experiential learning opportunities. Participants will gain insights into governance, strategic thinking, and social responsibility.

The sessions will also include renowned speakers, expert facilitators, and opportunities for peer-to-peer learning.
