Education Minister Aseri Radrodro has urged parents and guardians of Natabua High School in Lautoka to remain committed in providing emotional support for their children’s educational endeavors. This plea was made during a prefect induction ceremony, where Radrodro highlighted the crucial role families play in influencing students’ academic performance and self-esteem.
He emphasized, “The involvement of parents significantly influences a child’s academic success and attitude towards education,” encouraging attendees to nurture a love for learning at home. During this event, 133 students were appointed to the student council for the 2025 academic year, marking a pivotal step in their leadership journey. The Minister reinforced that providing a strong emotional foundation at home can inspire students to excel in their studies.
