Empowering Fiji’s Future: Inaugural Executive Leadership Program Launched

A strategic partnership has been established between FNFP-owned IHG Fiji Hotels & Resorts, which includes the InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa, Grand Pacific Hotel, and Holiday Inn Suva, and Leadership Fiji. This partnership has led to the launch of their inaugural Executive Leadership Program, marking a significant achievement.

The program aims to empower C-Suite and executive leaders in Fiji, enhancing leadership skills across various sectors. Though it is an exclusive, invitation-only initiative, it promises a unique and transformative leadership development experience, designed to address the challenges executives face in rapidly changing global and local environments.

The focus of the program is on strategic leadership and effective decision-making. Participants will take part in a series of intensive workshops, seminars, and experiential learning opportunities that provide insights on governance, strategic thinking, and social responsibilities.

Immersive sessions will include speakers, experienced facilitators, and peer-to-peer learning opportunities to enrich the learning experience.

Sharyne Fong, Chief Executive Officer of Leadership Fiji, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “We are thrilled to partner with FNPF-owned IHG Fiji Hotels & Resorts. Their support not only enhances the quality of our program but also underscores the importance of collaboration between businesses and community initiatives in developing impactful leaders for the future of our Fiji.”

FNPF-owned IHG Fiji Hotels & Resorts is committed to corporate social responsibility and aims to support local initiatives that promote positive change within the community.
