Students at Naroi District School and Yasayasa Moala College in Lau expressed their joy last week as they welcomed Education Minister Aseri Radrodro and other government officials to their campuses.
The visit provided an opportunity for students, teachers, parents, and the community to interact with the minister. The schools organized a traditional reception for the minister, which included cultural meke performances by the students.
In his address, Minister Radrodro stressed the significance of collaboration in education. He emphasized the importance of collective efforts from all stakeholders, including parents, teachers, government, and the community, to support children’s educational needs.
Radrodro noted that by working together, they could empower future generations and create a better future for the students of Moala. He urged everyone to unite and commit to ensuring that every child receives the quality education they deserve. This visit was part of a government tour across the Lau Group.
