Three students from two separate schools were apprehended yesterday in connection with drug-related activities. Assistant Commissioner of Police Livai Driu commended the educators for their role in supporting law enforcement efforts to maintain safety in the community.
“We appreciate the teachers, who are key stakeholders in this effort to ensure the safety of everyone. We will allow the law to take its course,” stated ACP Driu.
In addition to the arrests, ACP Driu revealed that an investigation is underway into another school after the manager reported the discovery of smoking apparatus in the dining hall.
This situation highlights the importance of collaboration between educational institutions and law enforcement in fostering a safe environment for students. Such partnerships can potentially lead to a more proactive approach in addressing issues related to substance use among youth.
In summary, the prompt actions taken by teachers and school authorities in reporting suspicious activities reflect a growing awareness and commitment to student welfare, aiming to cultivate a healthier atmosphere in schools.
