The Vodafone Deans Trophy Under-18 national quarterfinal draws, scheduled for this Saturday, have been confirmed without any alterations. This announcement was made by Biu Colati, the competition director and representative for the Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby Union, during an interview with SUNsports.
Colati stated, “As of now, it is final, but if there are any changes, we will notify.” The quarterfinals will feature the top eight schools competing for four spots in the semifinals.
Weather conditions are a primary concern, as Suva has experienced substantial rain over the past few days. Colati mentioned that a meeting was set for the afternoon to address issues regarding the grounds and other related matters.
When questioned about a viral video involving Bucalevu Secondary School’s Under-16 team, Colati refrained from commenting, stating that discussions would take place in a meeting scheduled for Monday night, where they would address the situation and pertinent details for the Deans and Raluve finals.
