Two men in their 20s have been charged and appeared in court regarding an aggravated robbery incident that occurred in Tamavua last month. According to police reports, the accused, aged 29 and 27, allegedly broke into the home of a 46-year-old man on October 30, where they stole cash, a mobile phone, and various other items before fleeing the scene.
The suspects were apprehended last week and subsequently charged with aggravated robbery, making their court appearance at the Suva Magistrates Court on November 4, 2024. Currently, they are being held in custody, and the case is set to be mentioned again on November 18.
