Cardi B has canceled her performance at Atlanta’s ONE MusicFest due to hospitalization for a medical emergency, just weeks after the birth of her third child with estranged husband Offset. The rapper, known for hits like “WAP,” announced her decision on Instagram on October 23, stating that she had been hospitalized and would be unable to perform.

“I am so sad to share this news,” Cardi expressed in her post. “I’ve been in the hospital recovering from a medical emergency the last couple of days and I won’t be able to perform at ONE MusicFest.” She did not provide details about her health but conveyed her disappointment, saying, “It breaks my heart that I won’t get to see my fans this weekend and I really wish I could be there.”

Cardi thanked her fans for their understanding and assured them that she would return stronger, saying, “Don’t worry. Love y’all.” ONE MusicFest responded with support for Cardi’s decision, encouraging fans to pray for her recovery and adding that they would work to find a replacement for her performance.

In addition to her health concerns, Cardi has experienced significant changes in her personal life. She welcomed her third child in September, a month after filing for divorce from Offset after seven years of marriage. While their separation has had its challenges, Cardi remains focused on her future as a mother of three, reflecting on the positive changes in her life. “With every ending comes a new beginning!” she shared in an August Instagram message before the birth. “I am so grateful to have shared this season with you… You’ve reminded me that I never have to choose between life, love, and my passion!”
