Bua Head Coach Ritesh Chand has declared that his team is unwilling to accept a draw and is fully committed to seizing every scoring opportunity in their Premier League Promotion Final Play-Off against Tavua.

In an interview, Chand highlighted the dedication and effort that has led the team to this crucial moment.

“There is a lot on the line. We’ve traveled from Bua at our own cost, and we are so close to achieving victory. I trust that the players will give everything they have; if not, all our hard work will go to waste,” he stated.

Despite facing some injuries within the squad, including concerns regarding their goalkeeper, Chand revealed that the team had approached Fiji FA a week earlier to request a change of registration, which was unfortunately denied.

Nonetheless, Chand remains optimistic, asserting that Bua’s drive is fueled by their sacrifices, and they are just one step away from making history.
