Attorney-General Graham Leung has urged Acting Director of Public Prosecutions John Rabuku to step down from his position.

In a statement, Leung emphasized that the integrity of the office supersedes any individual.

“It is regrettable that the Acting Director of Public Prosecutions (Rabuku) has opted to stay in office despite the opinion of the Supreme Court,” Leung said.
