Al Hamd Smart Living Expands with New Retail Outlet in Tavua, Fiji

Residents of Tavua are now better served as consumers with the opening of a new retail outlet in their area. The gold mining town recently welcomed Al Hamd Smart Living’s newest and sixth store.

The $60,000 investment introduces a range of options for consumers, including the latest LED lights, office furniture, chic blinds, and contemporary prefabricated container houses imported from China.

Managing Director Ashfaaq Khan revealed that 20 units of expandable, two-bedroom prefab homes have already been sold locally, with more sales expected in the coming months. “These handpicked prefab container homes are ISO9001 certified and built to my specifications,” Khan stated.

Khan collaborates with certified local engineers to assemble the container houses. Prefab offices are available on the market for $12,000, while the two-bedroom homes are priced at $14,000.

The grand opening of the Tavua store attracted a large crowd, giving customers a first-hand look at a curated selection of products designed to enhance home and office spaces with style and functionality.

Al Hamd’s other outlets are located in Lautoka, Labasa, Suva, Nausori, and Nadi. The company has made significant strides since its establishment in 2012.
