Al Hamd Smart Living Expands with New Retail Outlet in Tavua

Residents of Tavua are now enjoying more consumer options following the inauguration of a new retail outlet in their town. The gold mining hub now hosts the latest addition to Al Hamd Smart Living’s chain, making it the sixth store in the series.

This new store represents a $60,000 investment and introduces a variety of products including advanced LED lights, office furniture, and modern prefabricated container houses imported from China. Additionally, customers can find stylish blinds and more.

According to Managing Director Ashfaaq Khan, the company has successfully sold 20 units of the two-bedroom expandable prefab houses locally, with expectations of selling more units in the coming months. “These handpicked prefab container homes are ISO9001 certified and built to my specifications,” Mr. Khan stated.

Mr. Khan collaborates with certified local engineers for the assembly of these container houses. The prefab offices on offer are priced at $12,000, while the two-bedroom houses are available for $14,000.

The official opening of the Tavua branch attracted a large crowd, with customers eager to see the curated selection of products designed to enhance home and office spaces with both style and functionality.

Al Hamd Smart Living also operates outlets in Lautoka, Labasa, Suva, Nausori, and Nadi. The company has significantly grown since its inception in 2012.
