Al Hamd Smart Living Expands Consumer Choices with New Retail Outlet in Tavua

Residents of Tavua are now benefiting from a wider range of consumer options with the opening of a new retail outlet in their area. The gold mining town is the latest location for Al Hamd Smart Living’s chain of stores, marking its sixth branch.

The $60,000 investment introduces a variety of products, including the latest LED lights, office furniture, modern prefabricated container houses from China, and stylish blinds.

Managing Director Ashfaaq Khan revealed that 20 units of prefabricated, two-bedroom expandable houses have already been sold locally, with more sales expected in the coming months. “These handpicked prefab container homes are ISO9001 certified and built to my specifications,” said Khan.

Khan collaborates with certified local engineers to assemble these container houses. The prefab offices are priced at $12,000, while the two-bedroom houses are available for $14,000.

The grand opening of the Tavua branch attracted a large crowd, allowing customers to experience a curated selection of products designed to enhance their home, office, or living space with both style and functionality.

Al Hamd has other outlets in Lautoka, Labasa, Suva, Nausori, and Nadi. The company has made significant progress since it started operations in 2012.
