Attorney-General Graham Leung has urged Acting Director of Public Prosecutions, John Rabuku, to step down from his position.

Leung emphasized that the institution is more important than any individual member.

He expressed his regret that Rabuku has decided to remain in office despite the opinion of the Supreme Court.
