The World Surf League (WSL) has unveiled its Championship Tour (CT) schedule for 2025, featuring a total of 11 events for both men and women. Key highlights include the addition of Abu Dhabi as a new location and the return of iconic venues such as Snapper Rocks, Lower Trestles, and Jeffreys Bay.
In a significant change, the 2025 WSL Finals will take place at Cloudbreak in Fiji, making it the first time this renowned surf spot will host the finals to determine the World Champions. The event will follow a one-day, winner-take-all format, with the top five male and female surfers competing against each other in this stunning Pacific Ocean setting. Cloudbreak is famous for its long lefts, deep barrels, and challenging critical sections, offering an exciting backdrop for the event.
This will be the first time since the WSL Finals’ inception in 2021 that the event has moved from its original location.
