The Ministry of Education has released the school term dates for the year 2025. Selina Kuruleca, the Permanent Secretary for Education, urged parents and students to begin their preparations for the upcoming academic year.
Term 1 will take place from January 27 to May 2, lasting 14 weeks. Following this, the school holidays will be observed from May 5 to May 16 for a duration of two weeks.
Term 2 is scheduled to commence on May 19 and will conclude on August 22, also lasting 14 weeks. The holiday break for this term will run from August 25 to September 5 for two weeks.
The final term of the year, Term 3, will start on September 8 and end on December 5, spanning 13 weeks. The holidays will follow from December 8 until January 23, 2026, totaling seven weeks.
